Fologram are a design focused team with experience in technology startups and expertise in building software solutions for architects, creatives and researchers. They have produced a workflow allowing complex parametric models to be easily fabricated through Microsoft’s Hololens, allowing the process to be visualised in augmented reality.
The Fologram workshop was ran by UNSW Computational Design as an example of industry leading collaboration and technology that is on offer for students for the program. Second year CoDe students attended the workshop and fabricated a parametric chair from steel pipes that were angled into the exact degree. The chair was the showcase item for the 2018 UNSW Built Environment Open Day.
